Price per week

Conditions

Refundable security deposit: € 500
Bookings run from Sunday 4:00pm to Sunday 10:00am
Bookings include electricity, water, linen and towels (including pool towels), Internet
Final cleaning: € 240 (mandatory)
In high season the capacity can be expanded to 14 people. There are additional costs associated with this.
Heated pool from May till October
Additional cost for 13 or 14 persons: € 200 per person
Tourist tax: € 2,30 per adult per night. This will be deducted from the deposit.

Conditions in case of cancellation

Following charges will apply in case of cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation done: over 42 days prior: 30% of the total rental fee (security deposit to be returned)
Cancellation done: 29-42 days inclusive prior: 50% of the total rental fee (security deposit to be returned)
Cancellation done: 0-28 days inclusive prior: 100% of the total rental fee (security deposit to be returned)
